How to choose
Wired, Bluetooth or DECT.
- Wired: the simplest and lightest. Best for people who stay at the desk.
- Bluetooth: pairs with a phone that has Bluetooth built in, or with a USB Bluetooth dongle, and often with a mobile too.
- DECT wireless: longer range than Bluetooth, made for walking the floor while on a call.
- Mono or stereo: one ear lets people hear the room, two ears block out a noisy office.

Will this headset work with my phone?
If you bought the phone from us, yes, and we can pair them before shipping. For other phones, tell us the make and model and we will check.
Bluetooth or DECT?
Bluetooth is handy if you also want the headset on a mobile. DECT has more range in a building and is built for all-day calling.
Do I need a mono or stereo headset?
Mono for front desks and anyone who needs to hear the room. Stereo for quieter focus in a noisy office.
