What we collect
When you complete a form on this site we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company or facility name, the services you are interested in, and anything you write in a message or assessment. If you send us bills for an audit, we receive whatever those documents contain.
Our web host records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Why we use it
To answer you, to prepare a quote or a bill audit, to deliver and support the services you buy from us, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
To deliver a service you have asked for, we may share what is necessary with the carrier or platform providing it — for example, to port a number or place an order. Those providers handle your information under their own agreements with us.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we may text you about your account, your quote or your support request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our SMS terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and audit documents are kept while we are in contact with you and for as long as we need them for business and tax records. Customer records are kept for the life of the account and the period our agreements and the law require afterwards.
Your choices

Security
Access to customer information inside Empire is limited to the people who need it to do their job. Our systems require individual logins, and access is removed when someone leaves.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
